STUPID ME!. I am at the main office right now waiting for my birth certificate. I asked our driver to go back to our house and get it because I didn't bring one. Why? Ok, so I should have, knowing how our goverment agencies operate, I should have brought all of the ones listed in the requirements list.  So I came here with a passport (which I got using an NSO certified Birth Certificate) and I was told that they need the original and the photocopy of the birth certificate. Talk about redundancy. The ID I gave them was not enough to prove my age. I wasn't given a form and so here I am waiting for my driver to come back. I really hope my husband finds it. I already paid 200 for my medical that lasted for 2 mins. It was done in a nearby building and the eye chart was posted in the kitchen with all the calderos and plates and kitchenware on the table.
